GROUP TRAINING DESCRIPTIONS
BPM GPT
BPM GPT (Group Personal Training) is a result driven, circuit style workout that seamlessly blends a personal training experience within a dynamic group setting. Led by our expert BPM Trainers over 13 stations, you’ll feel supported as you work towards your individual goals.
This session is the foundation of our Group Training Program and will get you feeling fitter and stronger in no time! Our Trainers will modify any exercise according to your specific goals or limitations, ensuring a complete personalised experience. We provide a window of time each day for our GPT circuits, where you can turn up at any time within that window to complete your session. This means you train when it suits you!
Mondays - Fridays 5:30 AM - 10:30AM and Saturdays 6:00 AM - 10:30 AM
BPM BODY
Feel empowered and accomplished in this strength workout as we target every muscle group and discover what your body can really do. A deeply gratifying session, you’ll be amazed at what your body is capable of, given the chance. The session is adaptable to all levels allowing you to progress at your own pace.

BPM BOX
Improve your fitness and coordination as you release any built-up stress and tension through your punches. This dynamic class is a great way to torch any excess calories, be inspired to push your limits with fellow members while enjoying some motivating music.

BPM BURN
Unleash your inner athlete as we get your heart pumping in a workout like no other. A great blend of intense bursts and recovery periods, elevating your fitness to new heights.
Monday & Friday mornings 8:30 - 9:30 AM
BPM POWER
Harness your inner strength in our dedicated lifting class. Target your major muscle groups as we look to increase your power and redefine what your body is capable of.
Thursday evenings 6:30 - 7:30 PM
BPM RUN
Hit the ground running with our ultimate transformation class. No matter your starting position, this inclusive group embraces the outdoors as we encourage each other out of our comfort zones. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, we always start and finish together, work as a team and make every step count.
Saturday mornings 8:00 - 9:00 AM
BPM SHAPE
Bring your enthusiasm and join us for SHAPE - the ultimate fusion of lower body exercises, core work and light cardio. Let’s sculpt, strengthen, and shape a better you!
