With over 20 years of industry knowledge, Owner and Principal Trainer David Wescon has shaped a philosophy that puts members at the heart of everything we do. David and his team of trainers are not only highly qualified, holding certifications in personal training, nutrition, and specialised programs like mobility and menopause support, but they also have extensive hands-on experience working with clients over 40. This combination of accreditation and real-world expertise ensures we understand your needs and provide guidance you can trust.

Our Studio

Located in the leafy Bayside suburb of Hampton, we are a hop, skip and a jump away from the best beaches and parks in Melbourne's South-Eastern precinct.

Our state-of-the-art facilities enable us to provide the best possible experience for each and every person we are lucky to serve.

Our spacious studio allows us to conduct our Group and Personal Training sessions with ease. We also enjoy a large outdoor area which our members love and gives us the flexibility of onsite outdoor training.
