In today’s digital world, it’s more important than ever to keep kids active, engaged, and confident in their physical abilities. 45 min sessions, running Tuesdays & Thursdays between 4:15-5:00pm

Kids will learn proper lifting techniques, helping them feel confident and safe when working with weights — setting a solid foundation for future fitness.

Fun games and activities will improve overall fitness, coordination, and agility, enhancing athletic abilities for sports or other active pursuits.

Introducing children to fitness in an enjoyable and supportive environment encourages a positive attitude toward physical activity and a lifelong love of movement.

Regular physical activity releases endorphins, improves mood, and reduces stress, helping kids build resilience and develop a stronger mind-body connection.

Kids will interact, play, and train with peers, fostering social skills, teamwork, and a sense of camaraderie in a motivating group setting.
