This boutique program offers a fun, safe space for children to get fit, learn new skills, and make positive connections that support their overall growth.
PROGRAM DETAILS
✔ For children aged between 9-12 years
✔ Learn how to lift weights, play games and have fun - all while getting in a workout!
✔ 45 min sessions, running Tuesdays & Thursdays between 4:15-5:00pm

Regular physical activity releases endorphins, improves mood, and reduces stress, helping kids build resilience and develop a stronger mind-body connection.
