Booking a tour is your first step to experiencing BPM. During this session, we’ll get to know you, learn more about your goals, show you how the studio works, help you understand our programs, and point you in the right direction.
2. YOUR FIRST SESSION
Your first session is a thorough Health & Goals Check designed to set you up for success. We’ll complete a full screening, run a body scan, discuss your goals, and create a personalised training plan and program. We’ll also set you up on the BPM App, review your eating habits, and make sure you feel confident and ready to begin.
3. YOUR TRAINING PLAN
This is where your journey truly begins. You’ll work directly with one of our expert trainers who will guide you through every step — teaching correct technique, building a routine that sticks, and keeping you motivated and accountable. We’ll monitor your progress closely, adjust your program as you improve, answer your questions, and support you toward your goals.
4. YOUR RESULTS
This is where all your hard work pays off. You’ve achieved your primary goals, you’re looking and feeling better than ever, and your expectations have been exceeded. With more confidence, more strength, and a routine that finally sticks, you’re living the results you once dreamed about.
