If you are looking to Lose Weight, Get Fit and Feel Strong, the short answer is YES! We are a supportive, encouraging and fun environment and you'll sense this as soon as you enter our studio.
We are a comfortable environment and offer a team-like atmosphere, where everyone knows you by name and is always willing to help. All you need to do is take the first step and book a tour.
BPM stands for Better Performance Method, and our method is simple - Clarity, Progress and Support. We truly believe that these three key components can get you from where you are now to where you want to be in the future.
We make it about YOU not us. We offer a unique and flexible way to train that really works. Our DNA is made up of the amazing people that contribute to making our environment comfortable and supportive each and every day. You can't copy that - that's the BPM Difference.
Every piece of equipment we have at BPM has been specifically acquired to help you get results. We have deliberately designed our layout to be spacious and welcoming.
All trainers have a minimum Cert IV qualification in Health and Fitness. We are First Aid and CPR trained, and professionally registered with the required governing bodies.
We have a change room and bathroom on-site for your convenience.

We are conveniently located on Hampton Street, 200m from the station, 2 doors down from Brown Cow and directly opposite Grill'd.
We encourage all members to bring a towel and a water bottle, along with a great attitude. We also recommend that you leave any valuables at home to ensure their safety.
We encourage our Group Personal Training members to have regular check ins every 8-12 weeks to ensure that they are on track towards their longer term goals. Alternatively, we work with our 1:1 Personal Training clients to have regular check ins every 6-8 weeks as we are usually working to tighter timeframes. We also run monthly seminars that are great refreshers for existing members and clients covering a wide range of topics, from nutrition to exercise and how to get the most out of your membership.
This is something that we are aiming to provide in the future, so stay tuned!
By appointment means we are open for 1:1 Personal Training and other scheduled sessions. Please speak to your trainer should you wish to train in these times.
Yes! We encourage our members and clients to utilise the studio outside of their regular sessions. This provides more convenience and flexibility to your membership and ultimately helps you to get better results.
