1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Having a BPM Personal Trainer focus 100% on your needs and goals will set you up for the ultimate success. We'll design a program that suits your body type, helps you establish a routine, provides expert advice and propels you to where you want to be, faster than you could on your own. If you are new to exercise, haven't exercised for a while, feel that results are not coming quick enough, or simply lost motivation, then 1:1 Personal Training is the thing for you.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Group Personal Training gives our members the opportunity to work towards their individual goals within our personalised BPM circuit.
We have 13 stations to choose from and recommend members complete a minimum of 8. What is uniquely BPM is you get to turn up on your time, NOT ours. This flexibility means you're never late!
Our supportive and encouraging Trainers will guide you through the session, modifying exercises to suit your ability and work within your limitations. We have 3 working rounds on each station utilising both reps and timed based training. Let the results begin!


SMALL GROUP CLASSES
At BPM, we have 6 signature classes - BPM Body, Box, Burn, Power, Run and Shape. Each class is sprinkled nicely throughout the week, providing you with more variety and increasing your enjoyment levels.
Sessions run for one hour with plenty of breaks to chat in between and enjoy the company of other members.
Our Group Classes are a great addition to your weekly training plan and compliment your Group or 1:1 Personal Training Sessions.
WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS
We have taken decades of weight loss coaching experience and packaged that up into a program that has proven results. We'll take the confusion out of dieting and support you every step of the way. Our weekly check ins can be done in-studio or online and you'll be a part of a collective group of likeminded people working towards the same outcome.
